As surprising, unexpected, and eclectic as the city that surrounds it, Kingsley Manor is known for its warm welcome. Here, you can bring who you are, as there’s plenty of room to be yourself. A blend of Hollywood grandeur and modern living, our community is six miles to Beverly Hills and just 10 minutes from Disney Concert Hall and some of LA’s best restaurants.

Almost every night is movie night at Kingsley. We show a popular movie five times a week in our classic movie theater.

Express your creativity. Our resident artist and teacher shares his passion for acrylics.

  • School Days Tutoring

Resident volunteers tutor at Kingsley Elementary School right down the street. It's a great way to give back to the community.

Together.

A sense of camaraderie permeates our neighborhood ─ creating new opportunities to share passions and discoveries. Whether it’s over an outing to the opera or volunteering at a local elementary school, the people who call Kingsley Manor home are always finding new ways to connect and thrive.

For residents, by residents

Our communities are full of impassioned people. To celebrate that, we started Shine!, a life enrichment program. It’s all about getting in touch with the unique skills of the individuals who make up our communities and giving everyone the space to be a teacher and a student. Through this program, we invite everyone to tell us what is important and interesting to them, and then we make those experiences happen.

Volunteer

Help in the Four Seasons convenience store or serve on the popular Newcomer’s Committee. Whatever your specialty or passion is, your assistance is greatly appreciated. Having residents as volunteers is the best way to get people engaged and ensure that Kingsley Manor stays true to the people who live here.

If you are not a resident of Kingsley Manor, but you are interested in learning more about the variety of volunteer opportunities, please contact Life Enrichment Director Raymond Ruiz at 323.661.1128 or via email at rruiz@frontporch.net.

Make a donation

Thanks to generous donors and supporters, the Front Porch Communities Foundation (FPCF), a 501(c)3 nonprofit charitable organization, helps older people flourish. Gifts to the FPCF assist residents who outlive their resources and support community improvements that enhance the quality of life. Employees also benefit through donations to the HEART Fund and Scholarship Funds. Your charitable donations through FPCF are tax-deductible as allowed by the IRS.

FPCF works with each Front Porch community, its executive director, and residents to raise funds that benefit your community.
